SUPPORT
Keep the rehearsal moving.
PhraseMap support covers the public beta and App Store release alongside iOS 27.
What audio can I import?
PhraseMap accepts audio files you own and can open from Apple's Files picker, including common MP3, M4A, and WAV files. It does not download or convert tracks from streaming services.
Why is count one wrong?
Some tracks begin with a pickup, silence, or an off-beat sound. In the editor, use the earlier and later controls to align the first phrase, then choose four-, six-, or eight-count grouping.
Why can't PhraseMap find a beat?
Live recordings, rubato, ambient music, changing tempo, and unusual meters can be difficult to analyze. PhraseMap reports the failure instead of inventing a map. A manual mapping workflow is planned for music that cannot be analyzed reliably.
Does PhraseMap upload my music?
No. Audio analysis and project storage remain on your device. Read the full privacy policy.
